Why should I remake any film: Anil Sharma

Remake is the latest fad in Bollywood, but filmmaker Anil Sharma, who is set to release his next- Singh Saab The Great- says he doesn’t believe in remakes. The director of films like Gadar- Ek Prem Katha, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy and Apne has lots of original topics to work upon. ‘I don’t believe in remakes. I have my own subjects, then why should I remake any southern film. I am here to make my own films and not to copy other’s films,’ Sharma said.
