Delhi CM Kejriwal has asked to conduct the upcoming civic polls through ballot papers after allegations were made that EVMs were tampered with recently concluded assembly polls.

BJP missed its aim of emerging as the single largest party in Goa but was successful in securing 32.5 per cent of the total votes.
