INGREDENTS
Pumpkin100 g
Ginger5g
Tomato80 g
Coriander5 g
Oil5 ml
Ghee5 g
Saindha salt5 g
Green chilly2 g
Cumin2 g
Preparation
Peel and seedless the pumpkin and wash, cut into dices. Take a pan and heat oil. Add cumin. After tempering add tomato. When the tomato is cooked, add pumpkin and cook. Add seasoning. Add coriander, ginger and green chilly. Finished with ghee.
