Ingredients
Morels 100 gm
Khoya Pindi 80 gm
Cheese 40 gm
Saffron 1 gm
Cashew Nut 100 gm
Onion 200 gm
Cardamom Powder 20 gm
Garam Masala 20 gm
Desi Ghee 50 ml
Fresh Cream 100 ml
Green Chilli 20 gm
Ginger 20 gm
Garlic 20 gm
Salt to taste
Preparation
Clean morels properly with running water. Make stuffing with khoya, cheese, ginger, garlic and garam masala. Stuff the morels equally and keep it aside. Take ghee in a pan. Put sliced onion, cashew nut, ginger, garlic and cook it till it turns golden brown in color. Make fine paste, cook properly. Add saffron, salt and green masala. Mix stuffed morels in above sauce and finish with fresh cream. Serve hot.
