COOL PINK WONDER

Ingredients

Salta pinch

Simple Syrup 15 ml

Watermelon Puree 60 ml

Mint leaves (fresh) 8-10

Ice cubes 6-8

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with a pinch of salt. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Add the simple syrup and watermelon juice/puree. Top the glass with club soda and garnish with mint sprig.
