Modi congratulates Amarinder over Congress win in Punjab
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday congratulated Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh on his party's victory in the assembly polls in the border state.

"Spoke to @capt_amarinder & congratulated him on the win in Punjab. Also wished him a happy birthday & prayed for his long & healthy life," Modi tweeted.
A press release issued by Amarinder Singh said Modi assured of the Centre's full support for Punjab's development.
