While Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has appointed Puneet Kumar Goel as the new power secretary of Delhi.

Sheila Dikshit’s trusted 1985 batch IAS officer MM Kutty has been transferred as principal secretary of finance, planning and tourism to social welfare and women and child development. Arvind Ray principal secretary cum commissioner of development and I&FC will hold additional charge of the transport department. Power secretary RK Verma has been transferred from principal secretary power to higher education, training and technical education, with additional charge to IT. Archana Arora will hold the additional charge of principal secretary of finance.
