Court to decide on Amanatullan Khan’s pre-arrest bail plea on February 25

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court will decide on February 25 on AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan’s anticipatory bail plea in a case linked to an attack on a Delhi Police team in Jamia Nagar.

Police, alleging he led a mob to aid a fugitive’s escape, submitted CCTV footage and witness statements, seeking his custody for interrogation.
