Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi’s film ‘OMG 2’ hit theaters on August 11. The movie garnered attention before its release due to receiving an A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Akshay and Pankaj recently surprised the audience by joining them at a theater, where Akshay said that this film should be shown in schools.
In a video doing the rounds on the Internet, Akshay was seen interacting with the fans and asking them if they liked the film.
Akshay then said, “Kamaal ki baat bataun, pehli adult film hai, joh teenagers ke liye bani hai. Actually, yeh sab school main dikhana chahiye (The funny thing is that this is the first adult film that is made for teenagers. This should be shown in schools).”
Earlier in an interview with PTI, Pankaj had opened up about the certification: “The film is entertaining and towards the end, it gives you a social message. It is an important message. It revolves around the issues of teenagers.”
