With a surge in healthy eating habits and an aim to offer something unique for vegan lovers, Chef Veena is all set to present an exciting interplay of Vegan specials in a myriad of flavours and aromas at The Spice Route.  The curated menu featuring Tauhu Nerng - chilled silky bean curd with Basil and Kai Chae Phad Phrik - mock chicken meat stir fried with bamboo shoot and bell pepper offers a perfect tease to your senses with mock meat as a star ingredient and keeps you light, this season.
