Exhibition of Environment ministry at Kumbh Mela

New Delhi: The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has set up an exhibition at the international media exhibition centre set up in Kumbh-2019, Prayagraj.

Theme of the exhibition is green good deeds. The Green Good Deeds is an initiative to take environmental awareness to the people and get everyone involved and motivated to do their part in saving the environment, an official of the ministry said.

The campaign lauds small positive actions performed by individuals or organisations to strengthen the cause of environmental protection.

The objective of the exhibition is to educating people about the challenges of climate change, India's rich tradition of protecting environment, problems of pollution, saving the biodiversity and ecology, how a citizen can contribute towards the environment by adopting Green Good Deeds, develop a Green Good Behavior, the official further informed.
