IIM Rohtak and PGC tie up for 3-year long academic association

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Power Grid Corporation for academic associations in various areas of business and organisation development. The MoU was signed on Friday, August 24, 2018.

This MoU will hold for 3 years wherein IIM Rohtak will collaborate with Power Grid Corporation in Management Development Programmes, Consultancy, Executive Education, Research, Placements, and various International assignments by exchanging intellectual resources and infrastructure of both the organisations.

Prof. Dheeraj Sharma, Director, IIM Rohtak said, "Executive Education is an important part of activities at IIM Rohtak. We have been involved in training and development activities of several public and private sector organizations in last one year. Today we are signing an MoU with Power Grid Corporation. The MoU will allow us to make continued contribution to the nation through various executive education and academic activities with Power Grid Corporation." IIM Rohtak is an institute of national importance. It continues to strive for excellence in research, teaching, public policy and executive education. Institute provides various long duration executive education programmes like ePGPx, Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management, and various other certificate programmes in marketing, strategy, operations and analytics.
